This is a great value! Original owners have moved out & next generation is just finishing up on a total upgrade!
Installed are new Berber carpet, paint, wide tile in baths, entry & kitchen, new stove/oven & more!
I'm told that the A/C is nearly new as is the sink & PurÔ water filter.
As a matter of fact, I can't get many pictures until Sunday because they're still putting on the finishing touches. |
