Years ago, I was a stay at home Mom who occasionally helped my husband run his appraisal business from our home. When our children were 7 and 9, in 1996 I went into Real Estate sales. Within a little over a year I was a "top producer" at one of the local Corona name brand companies. 
Over the years, I learned a lot. You'd be amazed at what can pop up in escrow!

Real Estate has never failed to excite me. I love all the aspects of marketing homes, negotiating and problem solving. 
Helping buyers find a home they fall in love with is a thrill.
Nothing is more satisfying thank having the experience to avoid the common escrow pitfalls, solving any problems that may arise and getting to tell my clients "It's Closed!"

Now, I've sold both of our children homes of their own, my husband is retired from appraising after over 40 years in the business and I've moved on to working with Homequest RE and am still selling homes in the Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino County Areas .

I started in RE when the MLS was barely online with no photos and many were saying that the internet was a fad. Meanwhile, I discovered I could build a website with MS Publisher and find plenty of places to publish it for free, so I did, then moved on to Frontpage.  Now, my website is quite simple.
